ROULETTE STRATEGIES & BETTING SYSTEMS TO MANAGE YOUR BANKROLL: Raindrop Theory

Discover the most popular roulette strategies and the most effective betting systems to manage your bankroll and maximize your chances of winning.

RAINDROP THEORY

Water Drops Theory

The name of this system comes from an analogy with rain. When it begins to rain, the ground remains dry at first, but over time, raindrops start to randomly cover the surface. Eventually, the entire ground becomes wet. This imagery represents how, with enough spins, roulette numbers also tend to “cover” the whole wheel, even if their appearance is random.

The system is based on the idea that during a cycle of 37 spins (a full round of the European roulette wheel), some numbers will not appear. These numbers are called “sleepers.” The key is to identify which numbers they are and how they are distributed among the dozens.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Observe 37 spins without betting.
  2. Identify the numbers that didn’t appear — these are the “sleepers.”
  3. Group the sleepers by dozen (1–12, 13–24, 25–36).
  4. The dozen with the most sleepers becomes your main dozen.
  5. Select the sleepers from that dozen to bet on for the next 37 spins.
  6. Additionally, select numbers from the other two dozens that are in the same relative position as the sleepers in the main dozen.
  7. Bet one chip on each selected number. If one wins, increase your individual bet on that number in the following spin.

Example Bet

Let’s say after 37 spins you identify the following sleepers:

  • 1st dozen: 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 11, 12
  • 2nd dozen (corresponding positions): 16, 17, 19, 21, 22
  • 3rd dozen (corresponding positions): 28, 29, 31, 33, 34

You select a total of 17 numbers and bet 1 chip on each.

If a number hits (e.g., number 2), increase the next bet on that number to 5 chips.
If it wins again, raise to 10 chips, and so on.

Example Results

In the presented example (after 37 spins of betting following the observation phase), the system generated a profit of 1315 chips.
Although there were temporary losses at some points (up to –565 chips), the system managed to recover and ended with a positive result.

Tips and Final Considerations

  • The system requires sufficient capital to endure negative streaks.
  • It works on the logic that “sleeper” numbers will eventually show up.
  • Practice is essential: it’s strongly recommended to try the system in demo mode first.
  • It is not based on prediction, but on observational statistical distribution and repetition.
  • It does not guarantee profit, but aims to take advantage of the natural tendency for all numbers to appear over time.
