The Law of the Third
This system is based on observing the appearance of numbers within what are known as streets on the roulette table. Each street is made up of three consecutive numbers in a horizontal row on the layout. For example:
- Street 1: 1, 2, 3
- Street 2: 4, 5, 6
- Street 3: 7, 8, 9
- ... up to Street 12: 34, 35, 36
The system consists of observing which numbers come up and, when one or two numbers from the same street repeat, you begin betting on them or the remaining numbers in that street. The strategy is based on the idea that numbers within a street tend to appear in groups, not completely at random.
Betting Progression
- Observe the numbers that come up without betting.
- When a number appears a second time in a street, bet on the other two numbers from that street.
- If two numbers from the same street have already appeared, bet on those two until one of them comes up again (you win).
- Once you get a win from that street, stop betting on it and wait for new opportunities on other streets.
Example of Play
Suppose you are using 1-unit chips:
- 10 and then 12 appear → both are from the same street (10, 11, 12) → you bet on 10 and 12
- 12 comes up again → you win, stop betting on that street
- 7 and then 8 appear → both are from street (7, 8, 9) → you bet on 7 and 8
- 8 comes up again → you win, stop betting on that street
- 36 comes up twice → bet on 34 and 35
- 8 and then 9 appear → bet on 8 and 9
- 9 comes up again → you win, stop betting on that street
And so on...
At this point, following the strategy correctly, you would have accumulated a profit of 88 chips.
Final Considerations
- It is recommended to start with low-value chips until you are familiar with the system.
- It's ideal to write down the results on paper or use a visual tracker, as remembering all the streets can be challenging.
- Don’t get discouraged if you don’t win right away. Profits tend to come over time, based on the statistical behavior of the game.
- This system does not eliminate chance, but it can help you identify repetitive patterns in roulette.
- Try the system first in free mode or a simulator before betting with real money.
